Les Darons is the affectionate term for 'the parents' where winemaker Jeff Carrel grew up. This combination of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah provided lots of gorgeous fruit flavors,plenty of spice and a hint of pepper from the Syrah. A great wine given to me as a gift, bought from a specialty wine store here in Halifax. Worth the trip.
